The remaining 40% will be stored in the Charlie Army Arsenal Reserves, governed by Ponzi Lisa NFT holders, also known as Charlies.

There is no team allocation as there is no team anymore. Just us Charlie bag holders now trying to make it all back. The entire supply is either in the LP, airdropped to holders already or under governance by NFT holders.
